Refund Policy You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customs Charges
Any customs fees are your responsibility. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, the courier's return fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@95fiive.com. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@95.fiive.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges 
To exchange an item, return the original item (following the return process), and place a new order. Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 
For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at info@95fiive.com.
