TRACKING ORDERS
Tracking information will be provided on all orders which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.
RETURNS
We hope you’re pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund for unworn items that are still in resellable condition.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note that we cannot refund postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we cannot provide any credit or assistance. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your order before finalizing your purchase.
Sale items are also eligible for exchange or refund, provided they are in unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.
To return an item:
- Ship the return within 14 days of delivery.
- Include a fully completed Return Form with your parcel.
- The item must be in original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is incorrect.
Pre-Order Process:
- Some of our products are made on pre - order, requiring 1 - 3 weeks for meticulous production
- All pre-made products will be shipped out within 1-2 working days after order
- We ensure each item is crafted with the utmost care and precision
