Your tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Coterie95 will not be responsible for delays in shipment caused by holidays, weather conditions, customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our control. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address; therefore, please ensure to input the correct delivery address at checkout.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not for any reason, we will happily exchange your unworn item provided it is still in resellable condition. Please contact info@95fiive.com

If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 14 days of receipt. Please contact info@95fiive.com

We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 14 days of receipt. We cannot give any credit/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases.

Please note all international orders are liable for any import fees that may occur if the parcel is refused by the customer at customs. Any customs fees that may occur as a result of this will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

Payment System

Our payment system is managed via PayPal and stripe, the world’s leading online payment systems.

When using a debit/credit card to make a purchase, you can use two methods. Our main method is through stripe. Alternatively, you can use PayPal to make a purchase via debit/credit card without needing a PayPal account. This alternative payment is located in the PayPal button at checkout.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share any information with any other parties.

Data Check

At Coterie95, we take fraud and security very seriously; therefore, we may run multiple checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation and reported.

Privacy Policy

This website and its owners take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users. This website complies with all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy.

Customs

Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of the additional duties prior to delivery. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned to the Coterie95 studio and refunded. A shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Prices & Currency

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied pre-order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered.

Price Changes

Coterie95 reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
